Before approving new clients, we take a moment to confirm a few important policies at Luxovia.
These guidelines are in place to ensure safe trading practices and maintain strict risk management across all investor accounts.
Please review the following:
WITHDRAWALS
Investors may request withdrawals at any time.
We do not impose restrictions or delays. Client access to funds and peace of mind are a top priority.
MINIMUM BALANCE REQUIREMENT
If an investor withdraws funds and their account balance falls below our required minimum investment level, their subscription will be automatically discontinued.
This policy is designed to prevent misuse and maintain fairness across the platform.
RE-ENTRY POLICY
If an investor unsubscribes or is removed due to falling below the minimum balance, they will not be eligible to rejoin Luxovia in the future.
This ensures we build a committed, long-term investor community.
Performance Fee Structure
Our current performance fee is set at 15%.
This is a temporary promotional rate as we continue to expand Luxovia.
Starting in June, the performance fee will be adjusted to 20%, aligning with industry standards.
Additionally, for higher-capital investors, we offer our VIP Diamond Club:
- Minimum Investment: $25,000
- Performance Split: 85/15, structured to provide a more tailored partnership for larger accounts.
PERFORMANCE FEE STRUCTURE
We are currently offering the reduced 15% fee as part of our growth and promotional phase, allowing investors to benefit from lower costs while we continue to demonstrate consistency and performance.
